ERAB promotes exchange programs between young people from UK and Uganda to develop a wide range of personal and professional skills, including cultural awareness, volunteer development, leadership, communication, facilitation, planning, evaluation and reporting.
Young people participate in various projects and experience real life by staying with families for two weeks. The duration of the exchange program depends on activities organised by our partners in the country to be visited.
